Ingredients

  • 🦀 Crab meat – 500g
  • 🧅 Onion – 1 finely chopped
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
  • 🌶️ Red bell pepper – 1, finely chopped
  • 🥖 Breadcrumbs – 1/2 cup
  • 🌿 Parsley – chopped, for garnish
  • 🍷 White wine – 1/4 cup
  • 🧀 Grated cheese – for topping

Instructions

  • 🧅 Sauté onion, garlic, and bell pepper in olive oil until softened.
  • 🦀 Add crab meat and white wine, then simmer for 10 minutes.
  • 🥖 Mix in breadcrumbs and season with salt and pepper.
  • 🦀 Fill crab shells with the mixture, top with cheese and bake until golden.
  • 🌿 Garnish with parsley and serve hot. ✨
