Ingredients
- 🦀 Crab meat – 500g
- 🧅 Onion – 1 finely chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🌶️ Red bell pepper – 1, finely chopped
- 🥖 Breadcrumbs – 1/2 cup
- 🌿 Parsley – chopped, for garnish
- 🍷 White wine – 1/4 cup
- 🧀 Grated cheese – for topping
Instructions
- 🧅 Sauté onion, garlic, and bell pepper in olive oil until softened.
- 🦀 Add crab meat and white wine, then simmer for 10 minutes.
- 🥖 Mix in breadcrumbs and season with salt and pepper.
- 🦀 Fill crab shells with the mixture, top with cheese and bake until golden.
- 🌿 Garnish with parsley and serve hot. ✨
