Ingredients
- 🥩 Ground lamb or beef – 1/2 lb
- 🧅 Onion – 1 medium, chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🍅 Diced tomatoes – 1 can
- 🍚 Cooked rice or couscous – 2 cups
- 🥒 Cucumber – diced
- 🍋 Lemon – 1/2, juiced
- 🌿 Fresh parsley – chopped
Instructions
- 🔥 In a pan, brown the ground meat and drain excess fat.
- 🧅 Add onion and garlic, cook until softened.
- 🍅 Stir in diced tomatoes and spices (cumin, paprika, oregano); simmer for 10 minutes.
- 🍚 Layer cooked rice or couscous in a bowl.
