Ingredients
- 🍚 Tteokbokki (rice cakes)
- 🌶️ Gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 🍥 Fish cakes
- 🧅 Onion – sliced
- 🥬 Cabbage – chopped
- 🧀 Cheese – shredded
- 🫓 Puff pastry
Instructions
- 🔥 Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 🥘 Prepare tteokbokki with gochujang, fish cakes, onion, and cabbage in a pan.
- 🫓 Roll out puff pastry and cut into squares.
- 🧀 Place tteokbokki mixture onto each pastry square, top with cheese, and fold over to form a triangle or rectangle.
- 🍳 Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
