Ingredients
- 🍄 Assorted Mushrooms – sliced
- 🍚 Arborio Rice – 1.5 cups
- 🍶 Miso Paste – 2 tbsp
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves minced
- 🧅 Onion – 1 medium, chopped
- 🌿 Fresh Thyme – 1 tsp chopped
- 🧀 Parmesan Cheese – grated
- 🍾 White Wine – ½ cup
- 🍄🟫 Truffle Oil – to taste
Instructions
- 🧅 Sauté onions and garlic in olive oil until softened.
- 🍚 Add arborio rice and toast lightly.
- 🍾 Deglaze with white wine, then add miso paste and broth gradually, stirring often.
- 🍄 Sauté mushrooms separately and add to risotto.
- 🧀 Stir in Parmesan cheese and truffle oil. Serve hot! ✨
