Ingredients
- 🥔 Gnocchi – 500g
- 🧈 Butter – 4 tbsp
- 🍄 Truffle oil – 1 tbsp
- 🧀 Parmesan cheese – grated
- 🌿 Fresh parsley – chopped
- 🧂 Salt and pepper – to taste
Instructions
- 💧 Cook gnocchi according to package directions until they float to the surface.
- 🧈 While gnocchi cooks, melt butter in a pan over medium heat.
- 🍄 Stir in truffle oil and simmer for a minute.
- 🍝 Add cooked gnocchi to the pan and toss to coat with the truffle butter.
- 🧀 Stir in parmesan cheese and parsley. Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
