Ingredients
- 🥐 Croissants – 2 large
- 🍄 Truffle oil – 1 tbsp
- 🧀 Cheese – grated (Gruyère or similar)
- 🥚 Egg – 1 beaten (for egg wash)
- 🧂 Salt & pepper – to taste
Instructions
- 🔪 Slice croissants in half horizontally.
- 🛢️ Drizzle truffle oil on both halves of each croissant.
- 🧀 Sprinkle cheese generously on the bottom halves.
- ♨️ Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15-20 minutes until golden and cheese is melted.
- ✨ Season with salt and pepper and serve warm.
