Ingredients

  • 🥐 Croissants – 2 large
  • 🍄 Truffle oil – 1 tbsp
  • 🧀 Cheese – grated (Gruyère or similar)
  • 🥚 Egg – 1 beaten (for egg wash)
  • 🧂 Salt & pepper – to taste

Instructions

  • 🔪 Slice croissants in half horizontally.
  • 🛢️ Drizzle truffle oil on both halves of each croissant.
  • 🧀 Sprinkle cheese generously on the bottom halves.
  • ♨️ Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15-20 minutes until golden and cheese is melted.
  • ✨ Season with salt and pepper and serve warm.
