Ingredients
- 🍪 Chocolate biscuits – 200g, crushed
- 🧈 Unsalted butter – 80g, melted
- 🍫 Nutella – 1.5 cups, divided
- 🧀 Cream cheese – 250g, softened
- 🥛 Heavy whipping cream – 2 cups, chilled
- 🌰 Hazelnuts – 1/4 cup, toasted and chopped
Instructions
- 🍪 Mix crushed biscuits with melted butter and press firmly into a cake tin base.
- 🥣 Beat cream cheese and 1 cup of Nutella together until smooth and fluffy.
- ☁️ Whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks and gently fold it into the Nutella mixture.
- 🍰 Spread the mousse over the biscuit base and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to set.
- ✨ Top with a layer of warmed Nutella and chopped hazelnuts before serving chilled.
