Triple nutella mousse cake

Ingredients

  • 🍪 Chocolate biscuits – 200g, crushed
  • 🧈 Unsalted butter – 80g, melted
  • 🍫 Nutella – 1.5 cups, divided
  • 🧀 Cream cheese – 250g, softened
  • 🥛 Heavy whipping cream – 2 cups, chilled
  • 🌰 Hazelnuts – 1/4 cup, toasted and chopped

Instructions

  • 🍪 Mix crushed biscuits with melted butter and press firmly into a cake tin base.
  • 🥣 Beat cream cheese and 1 cup of Nutella together until smooth and fluffy.
  • ☁️ Whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks and gently fold it into the Nutella mixture.
  • 🍰 Spread the mousse over the biscuit base and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to set.
  • ✨ Top with a layer of warmed Nutella and chopped hazelnuts before serving chilled.
