Ingredients

- turmeric 💛 - 1 tsp
- cumin 🌰 - 1 tsp
- shadon beni 🌿 - chopped
- cucumber 🥒 - diced (for chutney)
- mango 🥭 - green, grated (for chutney)
- pepper sauce 🌶️ - to taste
Instructions
- 🫘 Boil chickpeas until tender; season with turmeric, cumin, and shadon beni.
- 🌾 Prepare bara by mixing flour, yeast, and water; let rise, then fry until golden.
- 🥭 Make chutney with cucumber, green mango, garlic, and pepper.
- 🥘 Assemble doubles by placing chickpeas between two bara.
- 🌶️ Top with chutney and pepper sauce to taste; serve warm.
