Ingredients

  • 🐷 Pork cutlets – 2 pieces
  • 🥚 Egg – 1 beaten
  • 🍞 Panko breadcrumbs – 1 cup
  • 🌾 Flour – 1/2 cup
  • 🧂 Salt & pepper – to taste
  • 🛢️ Oil – for frying

Instructions

  • 🔪 Prepare pork cutlets by tenderizing and seasoning with salt & pepper.
  • 🍚 Coat each cutlet in flour, then dip in beaten egg, and finally cover with panko breadcrumbs.
  • 🔥 Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  • Fry cutlets until golden brown and cooked through. About 3-4 minutes per side.
  • 🍽️ Serve immediately with your favorite sauce and sides.
