Ingredients
- 🐷 Pork cutlets – 2 pieces
- 🥚 Egg – 1 beaten
- 🍞 Panko breadcrumbs – 1 cup
- 🌾 Flour – 1/2 cup
- 🧂 Salt & pepper – to taste
- 🛢️ Oil – for frying
Instructions
- 🔪 Prepare pork cutlets by tenderizing and seasoning with salt & pepper.
- 🍚 Coat each cutlet in flour, then dip in beaten egg, and finally cover with panko breadcrumbs.
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Fry cutlets until golden brown and cooked through. About 3-4 minutes per side.
- 🍽️ Serve immediately with your favorite sauce and sides.
