Instructions
- Prepare the fermented millet: This typically involves cooking, cooling, and fermenting millet with Marcha (starter culture) for 1-2 weeks. The exact process varies.
- Once fermentation is complete, fill the Tongba (bamboo vessel) about 3/4 full with the fermented millet. 🌾
- Pour hot water 💧 into the Tongba until it reaches near the top.
- Let it steep for about 5 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.
