Ingredients
- 🍜 Noodles – your choice
- 🦐 Shrimp (Goong) – peeled and deveined
- 🍄 Mushrooms – sliced
- 🍋 Lemongrass – bruised
- 🌿 Galangal – sliced
- 🌶️ Chili – sliced (optional)
- 🍃 Kaffir lime leaves – torn
- 🥣 Tom Yum Paste – store-bought or homemade
- 🐟 Fish sauce – to taste
- 🍈 Lime juice – to taste
- 🌿 Cilantro – for garnish
Instructions
- 🔥 Boil noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- 🍲 In a pot, bring water or broth to a boil. Add lemongrass, galangal, kaffir lime leaves, and Tom Yum paste.
- 🦐 Add shrimp and mushrooms. Cook until shrimp are pink and cooked through.
- 🍜 Stir in cooked noodles, fish sauce, and lime juice. Adjust seasoning to taste.
- 🌿 Garnish with cilantro and serve hot.
