  • 🌶️ Salsa of choice
  • 🥩 Grilled meat (optional)

Instructions

  • 🔥 Preheat a comal or large skillet over medium heat.
  • 🫘 Spread refried beans evenly over the tlayuda.
  • 🧀 Add quesillo, lettuce/cabbage, tomatoes, and onions.
  • 🥩 If using, add grilled meat.
  • 🌶️ Cook until the base is crispy and the cheese is melted. Top with salsa and enjoy! ✨
