Ingredients

Instructions
- 🥚 Whisk egg yolks and sugar until pale and thick.
- 🧀 Gently fold in mascarpone cheese.
- ☁️ In a separate bowl, whip egg whites until stiff peaks form, then fold into the mascarpone mixture.
- ☕ Dip ladyfingers in espresso and layer in shot glasses.
