Ingredients

  • 🌾 Multigrain Flour (Thali Peeth Bhajani) – 1 cup
  • 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
  • 🌿 Coriander Leaves – chopped
  • 🌶️ Green Chili – finely chopped
  • 💧 Water – as needed
  • 🧂 Salt – to taste
  • 🥄 Oil – for cooking

Instructions

  • 🥣 In a bowl, mix multigrain flour, chopped onion, coriander, green chili, and salt.
  • 💧 Add water gradually and knead into a soft dough.
  • 🫓 Divide the dough into equal portions and flatten each portion on a greased surface or butter paper.
  • 🔥 Heat a griddle or tava over medium heat and cook the thali peeth until golden brown on both sides, using oil.
  • 🥣 Serve hot with yogurt, butter, or chutney.
