Ingredients
- 🌾 Multigrain Flour (Thali Peeth Bhajani) – 1 cup
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🌿 Coriander Leaves – chopped
- 🌶️ Green Chili – finely chopped
- 💧 Water – as needed
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
- 🥄 Oil – for cooking
Instructions
- 🥣 In a bowl, mix multigrain flour, chopped onion, coriander, green chili, and salt.
- 💧 Add water gradually and knead into a soft dough.
- 🫓 Divide the dough into equal portions and flatten each portion on a greased surface or butter paper.
- 🔥 Heat a griddle or tava over medium heat and cook the thali peeth until golden brown on both sides, using oil.
- 🥣 Serve hot with yogurt, butter, or chutney.
