Ingredients
- 🦀 Crab meat – 1 cup
- 🥥 Coconut milk – 1/2 cup
- 🍚 Rice flour – 1/2 cup
- 🥚 Egg – 1 large
- 🌶️ Red curry paste – 1 tbsp
- 🌿 Fresh cilantro – chopped
- 🧅 Green onions – sliced
Instructions
- 🦀 Combine crab meat, coconut milk, rice flour, egg, and red curry paste in a bowl. Mix well.
- 🧅 Add cilantro and green onions to the batter. Stir gently.
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- 🥞 Pour batter onto the pan to form pancakes.
- 🍳 Cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side. Serve warm!
