Ingredients

  • 🦀 Crab meat – 1 cup
  • 🥥 Coconut milk – 1/2 cup
  • 🍚 Rice flour – 1/2 cup
  • 🥚 Egg – 1 large
  • 🌶️ Red curry paste – 1 tbsp
  • 🌿 Fresh cilantro – chopped
  • 🧅 Green onions – sliced

Instructions

  • 🦀 Combine crab meat, coconut milk, rice flour, egg, and red curry paste in a bowl. Mix well.
  • 🧅 Add cilantro and green onions to the batter. Stir gently.
  • 🔥 Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • 🥞 Pour batter onto the pan to form pancakes.
  • 🍳 Cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side. Serve warm!
