Ingredients
- 🍚 Rice – 2 cups, rinsed
- 🍗 Chicken – 1 lb, cut into pieces
- 🌿 Lemongrass – 2 stalks
- 🧄 Garlic – 3 cloves, minced
- 🌶️ Chili – 1, finely chopped
- 🥥 Coconut milk – 1 can
- 🐟 Fish sauce – 2 tbsp
- 🍃 Cilantro – for garnish
Instructions
- 🔥 Sauté garlic, chili, and lemongrass in a pot.
- 🍗 Add chicken and cook until lightly browned.
- 🍚 Stir in rice and coconut milk.
- 🐟 Add fish sauce and water to cover the rice. Bring to a boil, then simmer until rice is cooked.
- 🍃 Garnish with cilantro and serve hot.
