Ingredients

  • 🥩 Ground meat – 1 lb (beef or lamb)
  • 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
  • 🫑 Green bell pepper – diced
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves minced
  • 🌶️ Ginger – 1 tsp grated
  • 🌿 Cilantro – chopped
  • 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  • 🧂 Spices – garam masala, chili powder, cumin

Instructions

  • 🥩 Mix ground meat with onions, bell peppers, garlic, ginger, cilantro, lemon juice, and spices.
  • ⏳ Let the mixture marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  • 🔥 Heat a tawa (griddle) with oil.
  • 🥘 Shape the mixture into small patties and place them on the hot tawa.
  • ♨️ Cook until browned and cooked through, flipping occasionally. Serve hot.
