Ingredients
- 🥩 Ground meat – 1 lb (beef or lamb)
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🫑 Green bell pepper – diced
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves minced
- 🌶️ Ginger – 1 tsp grated
- 🌿 Cilantro – chopped
- 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
- 🧂 Spices – garam masala, chili powder, cumin
Instructions
- 🥩 Mix ground meat with onions, bell peppers, garlic, ginger, cilantro, lemon juice, and spices.
- ⏳ Let the mixture marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- 🔥 Heat a tawa (griddle) with oil.
- 🥘 Shape the mixture into small patties and place them on the hot tawa.
- ♨️ Cook until browned and cooked through, flipping occasionally. Serve hot.
