Ingredients
- 🐟 Cured Roe (Taramasalata) – 250g
- 🥖 Stale White Bread – 2 slices, crusts removed
- 🍋 Lemon Juice – 2 tbsp
- 🧅 Onion – 1/4, grated
- 🫒 Olive Oil – 150ml
- 💧 Water – as needed
Instructions
- 🥖 Soak bread in water, then squeeze out excess moisture.
- 🥣 In a blender, combine bread, taramasalata, onion, and lemon juice.
- 🫒 Slowly drizzle in olive oil while blending until smooth and creamy.
- 🧊 Add a little water if needed to reach desired consistency.
- ❄️ Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving with pita bread or vegetables.
