Ingredients

  • 🐟 Cured Roe (Taramasalata) – 250g
  • 🥖 Stale White Bread – 2 slices, crusts removed
  • 🍋 Lemon Juice – 2 tbsp
  • 🧅 Onion – 1/4, grated
  • 🫒 Olive Oil – 150ml
  • 💧 Water – as needed

Instructions

  • 🥖 Soak bread in water, then squeeze out excess moisture.
  • 🥣 In a blender, combine bread, taramasalata, onion, and lemon juice.
  • 🫒 Slowly drizzle in olive oil while blending until smooth and creamy.
  • 🧊 Add a little water if needed to reach desired consistency.
  • ❄️ Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving with pita bread or vegetables.
