Ingredients

  • 🥦 Broccoli florets – 1 head
  • 🍶 Yogurt – 1/2 cup
  • 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  • 🧄 Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  • 🌶️ Tandoori masala – 2 tbsp

Instructions

  • 🥣 Marinate broccoli florets in yogurt, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, and tandoori masala.
  • ⏳ Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  • 🔥 Preheat oven or tandoor to 400°F (200°C).
  • ♨️ Arrange marinated broccoli on a baking sheet or skewers.
  • ⏲️ Bake or cook in tandoor for 20-25 minutes, until tender and slightly charred. Serve hot! 🔥
