Ingredients
- 🥦 Broccoli florets – 1 head
- 🍶 Yogurt – 1/2 cup
- 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
- 🧄 Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- 🌶️ Tandoori masala – 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 🥣 Marinate broccoli florets in yogurt, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, and tandoori masala.
- ⏳ Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- 🔥 Preheat oven or tandoor to 400°F (200°C).
- ♨️ Arrange marinated broccoli on a baking sheet or skewers.
- ⏲️ Bake or cook in tandoor for 20-25 minutes, until tender and slightly charred. Serve hot! 🔥
