Ingredients
- Rice 🍚: 2 cups
- Sambar: 1 cup (Tamarind extract, Toor dal, Mixed vegetables 🥕🍆🍅)
- Rasam: 1 cup (Tamarind extract, Tomatoes 🍅, Rasam powder)
- Kootu: 1 cup (Mixed vegetables 🥬 with coconut 🥥 and lentils)
- Poriyal: 1 cup (Stir-fried vegetables 🥕 beans)
- Curd/Yogurt 🥣: 1 cup
- Pickle 🥭: To taste
- Papadum: 4
- Ghee 🧈: 2 tablespoons
- Salt 🧂: To taste
- Turmeric powder: 1 teaspoon
- Mustard seeds: 1 teaspoon
- Urad dal: 1 teaspoon
- Curry leaves 🌿: A few
Instructions
- Cook rice 🍚 and keep it warm.
- Prepare Sambar: Cook dal, vegetables, and tamarind extract with sambar powder. Temper with mustard seeds, urad dal, and curry leaves 🌿.
- Prepare Rasam: Boil tamarind extract, tomatoes 🍅, and rasam powder. Temper with mustard seeds and curry leaves 🌿.
- Prepare Kootu: Cook vegetables 🥕🥬 with lentils and coconut 🥥. Season with spices.
- Prepare Poriyal: Stir-fry vegetables 🥕 beans with spices.
- Serve hot rice 🍚 with a dollop of ghee 🧈.
- Arrange Sambar, Rasam, Kootu, and Poriyal around the rice.
- Serve with curd 🥣, pickle 🥭, and papadum.
