Ingredients
- 2 Eggs 🥚
- 1 tbsp Sugar 🍚
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce 🍶
- 1 tsp Mirin (optional)
- Pinch of Salt 🧂
- Cooking oil 🛢️
- Bamboo skewers 🥢
Instructions
- Whisk eggs, sugar, soy sauce, mirin, and salt in a bowl. 🥣
- Heat a lightly oiled rectangular pan or small frying pan over medium-low heat. 🔥
- Pour a thin layer of egg mixture into the pan. 🍳
- Once the egg is partially cooked, gently roll it towards you with chopsticks or a spatula. 🥢
- Push the rolled egg to the back of the pan and add another thin layer of egg mixture. 🥚
- Repeat rolling process until all egg mixture is used. ✨
- Let cool slightly, then cut into bite-sized pieces. 🔪
- Thread egg pieces onto bamboo skewers. 🍢
- Serve immediately and enjoy! 🎉
