Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs 🥚
  • 1 tbsp Sugar 🍚
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce 🍶
  • 1 tsp Mirin (optional)
  • Pinch of Salt 🧂
  • Cooking oil 🛢️
  • Bamboo skewers 🥢

Instructions

  • Whisk eggs, sugar, soy sauce, mirin, and salt in a bowl. 🥣
  • Heat a lightly oiled rectangular pan or small frying pan over medium-low heat. 🔥
  • Pour a thin layer of egg mixture into the pan. 🍳
  • Once the egg is partially cooked, gently roll it towards you with chopsticks or a spatula. 🥢
  • Push the rolled egg to the back of the pan and add another thin layer of egg mixture. 🥚
  • Repeat rolling process until all egg mixture is used. ✨
  • Let cool slightly, then cut into bite-sized pieces. 🔪
  • Thread egg pieces onto bamboo skewers. 🍢
  • Serve immediately and enjoy! 🎉
