Ingredients

  • 🫘 Chickpeas – 1 can, drained and rinsed
  • 🍶 Tahini – 2 tablespoons
  • 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tablespoon
  • 🧄 Garlic – 1 clove, minced
  • 💧 Water – 2-3 tablespoons
  • 🌿 Parsley – for garnish
  • 🧂 Salt – to taste
  • 🌶️ Paprika – optional, for garnish

Instructions

  • 🥣 Combine chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, and garlic in a food processor.
  • 💧 Add water, one tablespoon at a time, until smooth and creamy.
  • 🧂 Season with salt to taste.
  • 🍽️ Transfer to a serving dish, drizzle with olive oil (optional), and garnish with parsley and paprika.
