Ingredients
- 🫘 Chickpeas – 1 can, drained and rinsed
- 🍶 Tahini – 2 tablespoons
- 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tablespoon
- 🧄 Garlic – 1 clove, minced
- 💧 Water – 2-3 tablespoons
- 🌿 Parsley – for garnish
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
- 🌶️ Paprika – optional, for garnish
Instructions
- 🥣 Combine chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, and garlic in a food processor.
- 💧 Add water, one tablespoon at a time, until smooth and creamy.
- 🧂 Season with salt to taste.
- 🍽️ Transfer to a serving dish, drizzle with olive oil (optional), and garnish with parsley and paprika.
