Ingredients
- 🍝 Tagliolini pasta – fresh or dried
- 🧀 Pecorino Romano cheese – finely grated
- 🧈 Unsalted butter – high quality
- 🖤 White truffle – freshly shaved
- 🖤 Black pepper – freshly ground
Instructions
- 💧 Cook tagliolini in salted boiling water until al dente.
- 🧈 While pasta cooks, melt butter gently in a pan.
- 🧀 Reserve pasta water, then add pasta to the pan with butter and some pasta water.
- 🧀 Gradually add grated Pecorino cheese, stirring constantly to create a creamy sauce.
- 🖤 Finish with freshly grated black pepper and shaved white truffle. Serve immediately.
