Tagliatelle tartufo

Ingredients

  • 🥚 Tagliatelle pasta – 200g
  • 🧈 Butter – 4 tbsp
  • 🍄 Truffle – freshly grated
  • 🧀 Parmesan cheese – grated
  • 🥛 Cream – 1/4 cup
  • 🧂 Salt and pepper – to taste

Instructions

  • 💧 Cook tagliatelle in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve some pasta water.
  • 🔥 Melt butter in a pan, add cream, and simmer gently.
  • 🍝 Drain pasta and add it to the sauce, tossing well. Add pasta water if needed.
  • 🍄 Grate fresh truffle over the pasta and mix in Parmesan cheese.
  • 🧂 Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately and garnish with extra truffle.
