Ingredients
- 🥚 Tagliatelle pasta – 200g
- 🧈 Butter – 4 tbsp
- 🍄 Truffle – freshly grated
- 🧀 Parmesan cheese – grated
- 🥛 Cream – 1/4 cup
- 🧂 Salt and pepper – to taste
Instructions
- 💧 Cook tagliatelle in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve some pasta water.
- 🔥 Melt butter in a pan, add cream, and simmer gently.
- 🍝 Drain pasta and add it to the sauce, tossing well. Add pasta water if needed.
- 🍄 Grate fresh truffle over the pasta and mix in Parmesan cheese.
- 🧂 Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately and garnish with extra truffle.
