Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground beef 🥩
- 1 packet Taco seasoning 🌶️
- 1 cup Cooked rice 🍚
- 1/2 head Lettuce 🥬, shredded
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes 🍅, halved
- 1/2 cup Shredded cheddar cheese 🧀
- 1/4 cup Salsa 🌶️🍅🧅
- Optional: Sour cream 🥛, Avocado 🥑
Instructions
- Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess grease. 🔥
- Add taco seasoning and water according to package directions. Simmer for 5-7 minutes. 🍲
- In a bowl, layer rice, taco meat, lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese. 🍚🥩🥬🍅🧀
