Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef 🥩
  • 1 packet Taco seasoning 🌶️
  • 1 cup Cooked rice 🍚
  • 1/2 head Lettuce 🥬, shredded
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes 🍅, halved
  • 1/2 cup Shredded cheddar cheese 🧀
  • 1/4 cup Salsa 🌶️🍅🧅
  • Optional: Sour cream 🥛, Avocado 🥑

Instructions

  • Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess grease. 🔥
  • Add taco seasoning and water according to package directions. Simmer for 5-7 minutes. 🍲
  • In a bowl, layer rice, taco meat, lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese. 🍚🥩🥬🍅🧀
  • Top with salsa and optional toppings like sour cream and avocado. 🥑🥛🌶️
  • Serve immediately and enjoy! 🎉
