Ingredients
- 🥩 Ground Meat (beef & pork mix) – 1 lb
- 🧅 Onion – 1/2 finely chopped
- 🍞 Breadcrumbs – 1/2 cup
- 🥛 Milk – 1/4 cup
- 🥚 Egg – 1 large
- 🧂 Salt & Pepper – to taste
- 🧈 Butter – 2 tbsp
- 🥣 Beef Broth – 1 cup
- 🍶 Heavy Cream – 1/2 cup
- 🌿 Parsley – for garnish
Instructions
- 🥣 Combine ground meat, onion, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix well and form into small meatballs. 🤏
- 🔥 Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Brown the meatballs on all sides. 🥘
- 🍲 Add beef broth to the skillet and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until meatballs are cooked through. ♨️
- 🍶 Stir in heavy cream and simmer for a few more minutes until the sauce thickens. 🥄
- 🌿 Garnish with parsley and serve hot with mashed potatoes or egg noodles. ✨
