Ingredients

  • 🥩 Ground Meat (beef & pork mix) – 1 lb
  • 🧅 Onion – 1/2 finely chopped
  • 🍞 Breadcrumbs – 1/2 cup
  • 🥛 Milk – 1/4 cup
  • 🥚 Egg – 1 large
  • 🧂 Salt & Pepper – to taste
  • 🧈 Butter – 2 tbsp
  • 🥣 Beef Broth – 1 cup
  • 🍶 Heavy Cream – 1/2 cup
  • 🌿 Parsley – for garnish

Instructions

  • 🥣 Combine ground meat, onion, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix well and form into small meatballs. 🤏
  • 🔥 Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Brown the meatballs on all sides. 🥘
  • 🍲 Add beef broth to the skillet and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until meatballs are cooked through. ♨️
  • 🍶 Stir in heavy cream and simmer for a few more minutes until the sauce thickens. 🥄
  • 🌿 Garnish with parsley and serve hot with mashed potatoes or egg noodles. ✨
