Ingredients
- 🥩 Mutton – 500g, cut into small pieces
- 🌾 Wheat Flour – 2 cups for dough bits
- 🧅 Onions – 2 large, thinly sliced
- 🍅 Tomatoes – 2 medium, chopped
- 🧄 Ginger-Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
- 🌶️ Spices – Turmeric, chili powder, and salt
- 🥣 Curd – 1/2 cup whisked
- 🌿 Mint & Coriander – fresh leaves for garnish
Instructions
- 🥘 Sauté onions and ginger-garlic paste in a pressure cooker until golden brown.
- 🥩 Add mutton, spices, and tomatoes; cook until the meat is tender and oil separates.
- 🥣 Prepare a firm dough with flour and water, roll it thin, and tear into small bite-sized pieces.
- ♨️ Add the dough pieces into the boiling mutton gravy and simmer until they are cooked through.
- 🌿 Garnish with fresh mint and coriander, and serve hot like a hearty Indian pasta stew.
