Ingredients

  • 🥩 Mutton – 500g, cut into small pieces
  • 🌾 Wheat Flour – 2 cups for dough bits
  • 🧅 Onions – 2 large, thinly sliced
  • 🍅 Tomatoes – 2 medium, chopped
  • 🧄 Ginger-Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
  • 🌶️ Spices – Turmeric, chili powder, and salt
  • 🥣 Curd – 1/2 cup whisked
  • 🌿 Mint & Coriander – fresh leaves for garnish

Instructions

  • 🥘 Sauté onions and ginger-garlic paste in a pressure cooker until golden brown.
  • 🥩 Add mutton, spices, and tomatoes; cook until the meat is tender and oil separates.
  • 🥣 Prepare a firm dough with flour and water, roll it thin, and tear into small bite-sized pieces.
  • ♨️ Add the dough pieces into the boiling mutton gravy and simmer until they are cooked through.
  • 🌿 Garnish with fresh mint and coriander, and serve hot like a hearty Indian pasta stew.
