Ingredients

  • 🍚 Sushi Rice – cooked and seasoned
  • 🍣 Nori Seaweed – sheets
  • 🥒 Cucumber – thinly sliced
  • 🥑 Avocado – sliced
  • 🥕 Carrot – shredded
  • 🐟 Cooked Salmon or Tuna – sliced
  • 🍶 Soy Sauce – for serving

Instructions

  • 🍚 Prepare sushi rice according to package directions.
  • 🦺 Lay a sheet of nori on a flat surface.
  • Spread a layer of sushi rice on the nori, leaving space at the edges.
  • 🥒 Layer with cucumber, avocado, carrot, and salmon/tuna.
  • 🍱 Top with another nori sheet, press gently, and slice into sandwich shapes. Serve with soy sauce.
