Ingredients
- 🍚 Sushi Rice – cooked and seasoned
- 🍣 Nori Seaweed – sheets
- 🥒 Cucumber – thinly sliced
- 🥑 Avocado – sliced
- 🥕 Carrot – shredded
- 🐟 Cooked Salmon or Tuna – sliced
- 🍶 Soy Sauce – for serving
Instructions
- 🍚 Prepare sushi rice according to package directions.
- 🦺 Lay a sheet of nori on a flat surface.
- Spread a layer of sushi rice on the nori, leaving space at the edges.
- 🥒 Layer with cucumber, avocado, carrot, and salmon/tuna.
- 🍱 Top with another nori sheet, press gently, and slice into sandwich shapes. Serve with soy sauce.
