Ingredients

  • 🍚 Cooked sushi rice
  • 🍙 Nori seaweed sheets
  • 🐟 Fresh sushi-grade fish (e.g., tuna, salmon)
  • 🥒 Cucumber – thinly sliced
  • 🥑 Avocado – sliced
  • 🥬 Lettuce or sprouts
  • 🍣 Soy sauce, for serving
  • 🌱 Wasabi (optional)

Instructions

  • 🔪 Prepare all your fillings: slice fish, veggies, etc.
  • 🍚 Place a sheet of nori on a clean surface. Spread a thin layer of sushi rice on half of the nori sheet.
  • 🥒 Add your desired fillings (fish, cucumber, avocado) on top of the rice.
  • 🖐️ Roll the nori into a cone shape, tucking in the fillings as you go.
  • 🥢 Serve immediately with soy sauce and wasabi, if desired.
