Ingredients
- 🍚 Cooked sushi rice
- 🍙 Nori seaweed sheets
- 🐟 Fresh sushi-grade fish (e.g., tuna, salmon)
- 🥒 Cucumber – thinly sliced
- 🥑 Avocado – sliced
- 🥬 Lettuce or sprouts
- 🍣 Soy sauce, for serving
- 🌱 Wasabi (optional)
Instructions
- 🔪 Prepare all your fillings: slice fish, veggies, etc.
- 🍚 Place a sheet of nori on a clean surface. Spread a thin layer of sushi rice on half of the nori sheet.
- 🥒 Add your desired fillings (fish, cucumber, avocado) on top of the rice.
- 🖐️ Roll the nori into a cone shape, tucking in the fillings as you go.
- 🥢 Serve immediately with soy sauce and wasabi, if desired.
