Ingredients

  • 🍶 Soft Tofu (Sundubu)
  • 🌶️ Gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 🍄 Mushrooms
  • 🧅 Onion
  • 🧄 Garlic
  • 🥚 Egg (optional)
  • 🥩 Protein (beef, pork, or seafood)
  • 🍲 Broth (chicken or vegetable)

Instructions

  • 🔥 Sauté protein and vegetables in a pot.
  • 🌶️ Add gochujang and broth, bring to a boil.
  • 🍶 Add soft tofu, simmer until heated through.
  • 🥚 Crack an egg on top (optional) and cook until desired doneness.
  • 🍚 Serve hot with rice.
