Ingredients
- 🍶 Soft Tofu (Sundubu)
- 🌶️ Gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 🍄 Mushrooms
- 🧅 Onion
- 🧄 Garlic
- 🥚 Egg (optional)
- 🥩 Protein (beef, pork, or seafood)
- 🍲 Broth (chicken or vegetable)
Instructions
- 🔥 Sauté protein and vegetables in a pot.
- 🌶️ Add gochujang and broth, bring to a boil.
- 🍶 Add soft tofu, simmer until heated through.
- 🥚 Crack an egg on top (optional) and cook until desired doneness.
- 🍚 Serve hot with rice.
