Ingredients

  • 🥩 Thinly sliced beef – 8 oz
  • 🥬 Napa cabbage – 1/2 head, chopped
  • 🍄 Shiitake mushrooms – 6, sliced
  • 🧅 Onion – 1, sliced
  • 🌿 Tofu – 1 block, cubed
  • 🍜 Shirataki noodles – 4 oz
  • 🍶 Soy sauce – 1/4 cup
  • 🍚 Sugar – 2 tbsp
  • 💧 Mirin – 2 tbsp
  • 🥚 Eggs – for dipping (optional)

Instructions

  • 🔥 In a pot, combine soy sauce, sugar, and mirin to make the sukiyaki sauce.
  • 🧅 Sauté onions in a pan until softened.
  • 🥩 Add beef and cook until browned.
  • 🥬 Add cabbage, mushrooms, tofu, and shirataki noodles.
  • 🍲 Pour the sukiyaki sauce over the ingredients and simmer until vegetables are tender. Serve hot with optional egg for dipping.
