Ingredients
- 🌾 Suji (Semolina) – 1 cup
- 🍚 Poha (Flattened Rice) – 1 cup
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🌶️ Green chilies – chopped (optional)
- 🌿 Coriander leaves – for garnish
- 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 🍚 Rinse poha and soak for a few minutes until soft. Drain and set aside.
- 🌾 Roast suji lightly until fragrant. Let it cool.
- 🧅 Sauté onions and green chilies (if using) until golden brown.
- 🥘 Mix together suji, poha, sautéed onions, and spices. Add lemon juice and coriander.
- 🤏 Shape into small bites and shallow fry or bake until golden brown. Serve hot.
