Ingredients
- 🥦 Broccoli – cut into florets
- 🥕 Carrots – sliced
- 🫑 Bell peppers – sliced
- 🧅 Onion – sliced
- 🍄 Mushrooms – sliced
- 🐔 Chicken or Tofu – cubed
- 🍶 Soy sauce – for seasoning
- 🧄 Garlic – minced
- Ginger – minced
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil in a wok or large pan over high heat.
- 🧅 Add onions, garlic, and ginger, and stir-fry for 1 minute.
- 🐔 Add chicken or tofu and cook until browned.
- 🥕 Add vegetables and stir-fry until tender-crisp.
- 🍶 Add soy sauce and stir-fry to combine. Serve hot with rice or noodles. ✨
