Ingredients

  • 🍚 Sticky Rice – 1 cup
  • 🥭 Mango – sliced (optional)
  • 🥥 Coconut Milk – 1 can
  • 🧂 Sugar – to taste
  • 🌿 Banana Leaf – for wrapping

Instructions

  • 🍚 Soak sticky rice in water for at least 4 hours, then steam until cooked.
  • 🥥 In a saucepan, heat coconut milk and sugar until sugar is dissolved.
  • 🍚 Mix cooked sticky rice with sweetened coconut milk.
  • 🌿 Place a portion of the sticky rice mixture on a banana leaf and roll it up tightly.
  • 🥭 Serve the sticky rice roll with sliced mango if desired and enjoy!😋
