Ingredients
- 🍚 Sticky Rice – 1 cup
- 🥭 Mango – sliced (optional)
- 🥥 Coconut Milk – 1 can
- 🧂 Sugar – to taste
- 🌿 Banana Leaf – for wrapping
Instructions
- 🍚 Soak sticky rice in water for at least 4 hours, then steam until cooked.
- 🥥 In a saucepan, heat coconut milk and sugar until sugar is dissolved.
- 🍚 Mix cooked sticky rice with sweetened coconut milk.
- 🌿 Place a portion of the sticky rice mixture on a banana leaf and roll it up tightly.
- 🥭 Serve the sticky rice roll with sliced mango if desired and enjoy!😋
