Ingredients
- 🐟 Toothfish fillets – 2
- 🌿 Ginger – thinly sliced

- 🍶 Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
- 🍚 Rice wine – 1 tbsp
- 🛢️ Sesame oil – 1 tsp
Instructions
- 🔪 Prepare the toothfish by rinsing and patting dry.
- 🌿 Place ginger slices and green onions on the fish.
- ♨️ Steam the fish for 10-15 minutes, or until cooked through.
- 🍶 In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, rice wine, and sesame oil.
