Ingredients
- 🍜 Ramen noodles – 2 bundles
- 🥩 Steak – 8oz, thinly sliced
- 🥚 Eggs – 2, soft boiled
- 🧅 Green onions – chopped
- 🍄 Mushrooms – sliced
- 🍶 Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
- 🌶️ Chili oil – 1 tsp (optional)
- 🍲 Broth – 4 cups (beef or chicken)
Instructions
- 🍲 Prepare ramen broth in a pot and bring to a simmer.
- 🥩 Sear steak slices quickly in a hot pan until medium-rare; set aside.
- 🍜 Cook ramen noodles according to package directions.
- 🥣 Assemble ramen: noodles in bowl, pour broth over, top with steak, egg, mushrooms, and green onions.
