Ingredients

  • 🍜 Ramen noodles – 2 bundles

  • 🍶 Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
  • 🌶️ Chili oil – 1 tsp (optional)
  • 🍲 Broth – 4 cups (beef or chicken)

Instructions

  • 🍲 Prepare ramen broth in a pot and bring to a simmer.
  • 🥩 Sear steak slices quickly in a hot pan until medium-rare; set aside.
  • 🍜 Cook ramen noodles according to package directions.

  • 🌶️ Drizzle with chili oil for extra spice; serve immediately.
