Ingredients

  • 🌿 Spinach – fresh or frozen
  • 🧀 Ricotta cheese – full fat
  • 🥚 Egg – to bind the filling
  • 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
  • 🧄 Garlic – minced
  • 🍥 Puff pastry – store-bought or homemade
  • 🧂 Salt and pepper – to taste

Instructions

  • 🌿 Sauté spinach with onion and garlic until wilted. Drain excess moisture.
  • 🧀 Combine spinach mixture with ricotta cheese, egg, salt, and pepper.
  • 🫓 Roll out puff pastry and spread the ricotta-spinach mixture evenly.
  • 🌀 Roll up the pastry tightly and slice into swirls.
  • 🔥 Bake at 375°F (190°C) until golden brown and cooked through.
