Ingredients
- 🌿 Spinach – fresh or frozen
- 🧀 Ricotta cheese – full fat
- 🥚 Egg – to bind the filling
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – minced
- 🍥 Puff pastry – store-bought or homemade
- 🧂 Salt and pepper – to taste
Instructions
- 🌿 Sauté spinach with onion and garlic until wilted. Drain excess moisture.
- 🧀 Combine spinach mixture with ricotta cheese, egg, salt, and pepper.
- 🫓 Roll out puff pastry and spread the ricotta-spinach mixture evenly.
- 🌀 Roll up the pastry tightly and slice into swirls.
