Ingredients
- 🍜 Pork bones – 4 lbs
- 💧 Water – 12 cups
- 🧅 Onion – 1 quartered
- 🧄 Garlic – 4 cloves, crushed
- 🌶️ Chili paste – 2 tbsp
- 🍥 Ramen noodles – 4 portions
- 🥚 Soft boiled eggs – 4 halved
- 🌿 Green onions – sliced for garnish
Instructions
- 🍲 Boil pork bones in water for 5 minutes, then drain and rinse.
- 🔥 Return bones to pot with fresh water, onion, and garlic. Simmer for at least 6 hours.
- 🌶️ Strain broth and stir in chili paste to desired spiciness.
- 🍜 Cook ramen noodles according to package directions.
- 🥣 Assemble bowls with noodles, broth, sliced pork belly (optional), soft boiled egg, and green onions.
