Ingredients

  • 🍜 Pork bones – 4 lbs
  • 💧 Water – 12 cups
  • 🧅 Onion – 1 quartered
  • 🧄 Garlic – 4 cloves, crushed
  • 🌶️ Chili paste – 2 tbsp
  • 🍥 Ramen noodles – 4 portions
  • 🥚 Soft boiled eggs – 4 halved
  • 🌿 Green onions – sliced for garnish

Instructions

  • 🍲 Boil pork bones in water for 5 minutes, then drain and rinse.
  • 🔥 Return bones to pot with fresh water, onion, and garlic. Simmer for at least 6 hours.
  • 🌶️ Strain broth and stir in chili paste to desired spiciness.
  • 🍜 Cook ramen noodles according to package directions.
  • 🥣 Assemble bowls with noodles, broth, sliced pork belly (optional), soft boiled egg, and green onions.
