Ingredients
- 🦴 Ox Bones – 2 lbs
- 🌶️ Gochugaru (Korean Chili Powder) – 2 tbsp
- 🧄 Garlic – 4 cloves, minced
- 🧅 Onion – 1, quartered
- 🌿 Green Onions – for garnish
- 💧 Water – 8 cups
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
- 🍶 Soy Sauce – 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 🦴 Soak ox bones in cold water for several hours, changing water frequently.
- 🔥 Boil bones in water, then reduce heat and simmer for 2-3 hours, skimming off any scum.
- 🧅 Add onion and garlic to the broth.
- 🌶️ Stir in gochugaru, soy sauce, and salt. Adjust spice level to taste.
- 🌿 Garnish with green onions before serving.
