Ingredients
- 🍝 Spaghetti – 200g
- 🐚 Clams (Vongole) – 500g
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🌶️ Red Chili Flakes – to taste
- 🌿 Parsley – chopped
- 🥂 White Wine – 1/4 cup
- 🫒 Olive Oil – 3 tbsp
Instructions
- 💧 Soak clams in salted water to remove sand.
- 🔥 Heat olive oil in a pan, add garlic and chili flakes.
- 🥂 Deglaze with white wine and add clams. Cover and cook until clams open.
- 🍝 Cook spaghetti al dente. Add to the pan with clams.
- 🌿 Toss with parsley and serve immediately.
