Spaghetti Vongole

Ingredients

  • 🍝 Spaghetti – 200g
  • 🐚 Clams (Vongole) – 500g
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
  • 🌶️ Red Chili Flakes – to taste
  • 🌿 Parsley – chopped
  • 🥂 White Wine – 1/4 cup
  • 🫒 Olive Oil – 3 tbsp

Instructions

  • 💧 Soak clams in salted water to remove sand.
  • 🔥 Heat olive oil in a pan, add garlic and chili flakes.
  • 🥂 Deglaze with white wine and add clams. Cover and cook until clams open.
  • 🍝 Cook spaghetti al dente. Add to the pan with clams.
  • 🌿 Toss with parsley and serve immediately.
