- 💧 Water – as needed for batter
Instructions
- 🥣 Mix soya flour, water, and spices in a bowl to create a smooth, pourable batter.
- 🧀 Fold in the grated paneer, chopped onions, green chilies, and fresh coriander.
- 🍳 Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with oil.
- 🥞 Pour a ladleful of batter onto the pan, spreading it into a thin circular shape.
- ✨ Cook until golden brown on both sides, then serve hot with mint chutney.
