Ingredients

  • 🌱 Soya Chaap – 250g
  • 🧅 Onions – 2 medium, chopped
  • 🍅 Tomatoes – 2 medium, pureed
  • 🧄 Ginger-Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – 1-2, chopped
  • 🥄 Garam Masala – 1 tsp
  • 🌿 Coriander leaves – for garnish

Instructions

  • 🔪 Cut soya chaap into pieces and marinate with spices.
  • 🔥 Heat oil in a pan, sauté onions until golden brown.
  • 🍅 Add ginger-garlic paste, tomatoes, and cook till oil separates.
  • 🥘 Add marinated chaap, simmer with spices and a little water.
  • 🌿 Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or rice.
