Ingredients
- 🌱 Soya Chaap – 250g
- 🧅 Onions – 2 medium, chopped
- 🍅 Tomatoes – 2 medium, pureed
- 🧄 Ginger-Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- 🌶️ Green chilies – 1-2, chopped
- 🥄 Garam Masala – 1 tsp
- 🌿 Coriander leaves – for garnish
Instructions
- 🔪 Cut soya chaap into pieces and marinate with spices.
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan, sauté onions until golden brown.
- 🍅 Add ginger-garlic paste, tomatoes, and cook till oil separates.
- 🥘 Add marinated chaap, simmer with spices and a little water.
- 🌿 Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or rice.
