Ingredients

  • 🐟 Assorted seafood – shrimp, scallops, fish
  • 🍶 Soy sauce – for marinade
  • 🍚 Cooked rice – sushi or jasmine
  • 🥑 Avocado – sliced
  • 🥒 Cucumber – thinly sliced
  • 🥬 Seaweed – nori sheets

Instructions

  • 🥣 Marinate seafood in soy sauce for 10 mins.
  • 🍳 Pan-sear or grill the marinated seafood until cooked.
  • 🍚 Place cooked rice in a bowl.
  • 🍱 Arrange seafood, avocado, cucumber and seaweed over rice.
  • ✨ Drizzle with remaining marinade or dressing and serve.
