Ingredients
- 🍚 Cooked rice – 2 cups
- 🥚 Eggs – 2 large
- 🍶 Soy sauce – 1/4 cup
- 💧 Water – 1/4 cup
- 🍙 Nori seaweed – for wrapping
Instructions
- 🥚 Marinate boiled eggs in soy sauce and water mixture for at least 15 minutes.
- 🍙 Shape cooked rice into triangular or oval shapes.
- 🔪 Cut marinated eggs in half and place a half inside each rice ball.
- 🌿 Wrap the onigiri with nori seaweed strips.
- 🍽️ Serve immediately or pack for later.
