Ingredients

  • 🍚 Cooked rice – 2 cups
  • 🥚 Eggs – 2 large
  • 🍶 Soy sauce – 1/4 cup
  • 💧 Water – 1/4 cup
  • 🍙 Nori seaweed – for wrapping

Instructions

  • 🥚 Marinate boiled eggs in soy sauce and water mixture for at least 15 minutes.
  • 🍙 Shape cooked rice into triangular or oval shapes.
  • 🔪 Cut marinated eggs in half and place a half inside each rice ball.
  • 🌿 Wrap the onigiri with nori seaweed strips.
  • 🍽️ Serve immediately or pack for later.
