  • ✨ South Indian spices – as needed

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil and sauté onions, green chilies, and curry leaves until golden.
  • 🧄 Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté until fragrant.
  • 🍅 Add tomatoes and cook until soft.
  • 🍄 Add mushrooms and spices; cook until mushrooms are tender.
