Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and curry leaves for tempering.
  • 🧅 Add onions and green chilies and sauté until golden brown.
  • 🍅 Add tomatoes and cook until soft.
  • 🥘 Add lentils, vegetables, and spices, then simmer until cooked.
