Ingredients

  • 🥥 Coconut milk – 2 cups
  • 🥭 Kokum – 5-6 pieces
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – 1-2 (adjust to taste)
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
  • 🌿 Ginger – 1 inch piece, grated
  • 🌱 Coriander leaves – for garnish
  • 🧂 Salt – to taste

Instructions

  • 💧 Soak kokum in warm water for about 15 minutes to extract the pulp.
  • 🥥 In a blender, combine coconut milk, green chilies, garlic, ginger, and salt.
  • 🍹 Strain the kokum water and add it to the coconut milk mixture. Blend well.
  • 🧊 Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  • 🌿 Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve chilled.
