Ingredients
- 🥥 Coconut milk – 2 cups
- 🥭 Kokum – 5-6 pieces
- 🌶️ Green chilies – 1-2 (adjust to taste)
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🌿 Ginger – 1 inch piece, grated
- 🌱 Coriander leaves – for garnish
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
Instructions
- 💧 Soak kokum in warm water for about 15 minutes to extract the pulp.
- 🥥 In a blender, combine coconut milk, green chilies, garlic, ginger, and salt.
- 🍹 Strain the kokum water and add it to the coconut milk mixture. Blend well.
- 🧊 Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- 🌿 Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve chilled.
