Soft Noodles

Ingredients

  • 🍜 Fresh or dried wheat noodles – 200g
  • 🥬 Bok choy or spinach – 1 cup chopped
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves minced
  • 🥢 Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
  • 🍯 Sesame oil – 1 tsp
  • 🌱 Scallions – 1 stalk sliced

Instructions

  • 🍲 Boil a pot of water and cook noodles until soft, then drain and rinse.
  • 🔥 Heat a pan with oil and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
  • 🥬 Add the greens and stir-fry until they just begin to wilt.
  • 🍜 Toss the cooked noodles into the pan with soy sauce and sesame oil.
  • ✨ Mix well until coated, garnish with scallions, and serve immediately.
