Ingredients

- 🥬 Spring greens – a handful
- 🥑 Avocado – sliced
- 🍶 Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
- 🍯 Honey – 1 tbsp
- 🌶️ Sriracha – to taste
- 🌰 Sesame seeds – for garnish
Instructions
- 💧 Cook soba noodles according to package instructions.
- 🚿 Rinse noodles with cold water and drain well.
- 🥣 In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, and sriracha for the sauce.
