Ingredients

  • 🍖 Pork ribs – 2 racks, membrane removed
  • 🧂 Dry rub – brown sugar, paprika, salt, and black pepper
  • 🍯 Barbecue sauce – 1 cup of your favorite brand
  • 🪵 Liquid smoke – 1 teaspoon for authentic flavor
  • 🧄 Garlic powder – 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  • 🥣 Mix the dry rub spices together in a small bowl and coat the ribs evenly on all sides.
  • 🔥 Preheat your oven to 275°F (135°C) and wrap the ribs tightly in aluminum foil.
